- Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if service does not meet described standards
- Partial refunds may be offered for unused portions of subscriptions
- Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period

- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase
- Products that have been fully accessed may only be refunded if demonstrably defective
